How to create an account and log in

You can create an account in a moment, and log in securely with a passkey or password.

Create an account

Tap Log in at the top of the page, and choose to create an account.
Enter your email address and a display name. The display name is what other users see on your listings and in your conversations.
Follow the steps to register your login — your device handles the rest.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on your own.

What is a passkey?

A passkey is a modern, secure way of logging in that replaces the password. Instead of remembering something, you confirm with your fingerprint, face or the screen lock on your phone or computer.

Easier: nothing to remember, nothing to mistype.
More secure: a passkey cannot be guessed or stolen in a data breach the way a password can.
Private: your fingerprint and face never leave your device. We only store the public key — never biometrics. See the privacy policy.

You can also use a password

If you prefer a regular password, you can set one under My page → Security and password. If you want to change it, we send a confirmation link to your email address — the password is not updated until you click the link. If you only have a passkey and no password yet, you can set a first password in the same place.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, tap "Forgotten password?" on the login page. We will send a recovery link to your email address — click the link and choose a new password. The link is valid for a short time, and you can request a new one if it expires.

I can't log in

If you have changed phones or lost access to your passkey, you can register a new passkey. If you still can't get in, contact us at support@pjazzo.com and we will help you from there.
