Saved searches and alerts
Save a search, and Monti keeps an eye on the marketplace for you and alerts you when new listings match exactly what you're looking for.
How to save a search
- Run a search and set the filters the way you want them (price, location, make, condition and so on).
- Tap 🔔 Save search in the results bar.
- The search is saved exactly as you set it up.
You can save searches from the Marketplace, Cars, Property, Boats, a single category, and from the general search.
How to manage your alerts
Go to Alerts to:
- Name your searches and delete the ones you no longer need.
- Turn email alerts on or off per search.
- SMS alerts per search are on the way as a Monti+ perk — email alerts cover you for free in the meantime (see What is Monti+?).
Will I be flooded with alerts?
No. When you save a search, we only alert you about new listings that appear afterwards — you don't get a pile of everything that was already listed. That's how we keep the alerts relevant.
Favourites
Just want to hold on to individual listings? Tap the heart, and they are collected under Favourites. That's different from saved searches: favourites are specific listings, saved searches pick up new matches over time.
