What is Monti+?
Monti+ is the optional extra layer on top of the free marketplace, for those who want to be a little quicker off the mark. Everything essential on Monti — searching, posting, favourites, saved searches and email alerts — is free and stays free; Monti+ is where the convenience extras will live.
What will Monti+ offer?
- SMS alerts on saved searches — the headline perk. When a new listing matches the dream car or the right flat, a text goes straight to your phone, on top of the free email alert.
We are building the Monti+ perks now and switch each one on only when it works properly. The Monti Premium page always shows what is live right now — and until a perk appears there, email alerts have you covered, free for everyone.
What does it cost?
Through all of 2027, everything on Monti is free — Monti+ included. The planned price after that is €5 per 30 days, published openly on /prices long before it applies, so it never comes as a surprise.
Do I need Monti+?
No. You can use Monti fully for free — search, save favourites, save searches and get email alerts — without Monti+. SMS is simply for those who want to be extra quick.
